Séjour dans cet h?tel le 19 septembre 2024 pendant un circuit. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de voir que la chambre qui nous a été attribuée 1008 était au sous-sol. C'est à dire, juste avec un puit de lumière située en dessous de la piscine. Nous avons été gêné par le bruit de la salle du restaurant juste au dessus, car le personnel, trainait les chaises et les tables sur le carrelage pendant au moins 1 heure. Dans le même temps, nous avions le musicien au bord de la piscine qui n'en finissait pas d'entamer des chansons ce qui resonnait dans tout le sous-sol. Nous sommes allés demander qu'il arrête sa musique et quand le manager a vu notre colère de ne pas pouvoir dormir il a effectivement demandé à ce musicien d'arrêter. Autre soucis de cet h?tel, le wi-fi. Impossible de l'avoir de manière constante dans la chambre. Renseignements pris auprès de la réception, cela vient de notre téléphone!! Bizarre car tout le groupe environ 40 personnes avaient un téléphone défectueux.!! Personne n'est venu dans notre chambre constaté ces désagréments. Vraiment un des pires h?tels que j'ai pu fréquenter. Indigne d'en 5 étoiles. Allez ailleurs, vous serez certainement mieux re?u et vous serez au calme. !!!

Arrived at this caravan park on a sun holiday and initially thought that the caravan was in pretty good condition. However after a couple of hours of letting my son play on the carpet on the floor in the lounge, it became apparent that the caravan was not “professionally cleaned” as he was holding hair and dirt in his hands. We decided to check out the amenities on the first day and was told that there was only a park for the kids which was not great at all. It said on trip advisers that there is a games room however we could not find one. After buying a pint at the bar and sitting outside, we met someone who lives there. They were really helpful with telling us where is great to visit with kids. She then went on to tell us about the water in the hot tubs on the site which made me feel a little ill. Apparently the water is not changed all season which would explain the strong chlorine smell. The park does have a bouncy castle on site which was deflated. I asked the bar staff if it could be inflated in which they did. They were quickly evacuated from the bouncy castle due to myself and my partner not watching them (we were on a bench approx. 3 metres away). Overall, not child friendly and really really disappointed in the facilities. Not sure how it can be advertised as a family park. Staff were however lovely (apart from Chris who told my children off for playing on the bouncy castle).

We popped in for dinner and we were disappointed by the limited menu especially for vegetarians. It is odd for a spa retreat hotel to not have a health forward menu. The service was good. Food quality was average. Vegetables did not seem very fresh. Plating was average.

It was a superb experience for me and my family. The hospitality was excellent and the food was also very sumptuous. We were especially very pleased with Amrit who took a lot of care and given us the best service and there other staff make our stay at the hotel very comfortable and enjoyable. He also advised us on sight seeing spots. We would love to visit the property again and also recommend it to others.

It was an awesome stay!! Hospitality, food and services were amazing and enjoyed the stay a lot. Will recommend you all to go and enjoy the stay. Staff is maintaining hygiene, fully cooperative and educated too. Only demerit is that it is in outskirts of City.

Honestly, this place cannot be faulted. From first contact to the moment we left, the customer service was excellent. Marco greeted us on arrival and took our VERY large suitcases up to our room while we parked up at the really convenient garage where they have arranged discount. It costs a very reasonable 15 euros a day. Our room/suite was perfect, extremely spacious and better fitted than many a hotel. The furnishings were elegant and the bed comfortable. Lovely little balcony. Excellent bathroom and shower. There was a coffee machine, snacks, and even a filled mini-bar. The included breakfast was extremely generous and Marco's mum Agata an excellent host. She was, I think, disappointed that we didn't eat more! Best selection of pastries we have seen on our holiday. This was the perfect choice for the last night before our late morning flight home. The airport is an easy half hour drive. We loved Bari and Bari102 and very much hope to return. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

I loved my stay. The cleanliness and the staff were excellent.

Very nice and modern hotel. Extremely comfortable rooms (a/c, isolated, amazing bathroom etc) in a very nicely furnished hotel. You definitely want to have a car but price/worth is highly suggested. We didn’t try the breakfast

We didn't stay at the hotel but rather went there for dinner. The food was fantastic- the best food I've had in Javea. Every dish was tastier than the last. Great presentation and very attentive service. The night we were there, they had a band and singer that we really enjoyed. The hotel is a hidden gem. Beautiful property with a bit on an enchanted garden feel. I'm sure I'll be going there often. Highly recommended it.

Situazione davvero strana da descrivere, innanzitutto il voto più onesto e veritiero x la ns esperienza in questa struttura dovrebbe essere ZERO ma do comunque 2 stelle solo x la location che davvero merita e sicuramente meriterebbe MOLTA più attenzione e dedizione da parte della direzione e staff. Detto ciò, le dependance messe a disposizione come alloggi, NON sono affatto in linea con le 4* di questa struttura di charme, vanno riviste tante cose, x esempio sarebbe opportuno controllare le lenzuola, che magari non presentino diversi buchi qui e la, dotare la camera di almeno un paio di cuscini in più, di far trovare delle ciabattìne e soprattutto di mettere a disposizione degli ospiti degli ombrelli!!!!! In tutta la struttura ZERO!!!! NON pervenuti, inaccettabile, specie se ti capita la mattinata piovosa e devi attraversare il giardino x raggiungere la sala colazioni. Nessuno dello staff sapeva che pesci pigliare, sembrava fossero arrivati lì tutti il giorno stesso e intanto la struttura piange di disperazione.. Dulcis in fundo, chiediamo di poter lasciare la camera con un paio d’ore extra, ci viene accordato il permesso e..una volta tornati in camera, di li a poco l’inserviente bussa alla porta perché vorrebbe rifare la camera e dopo una decina di minuti chiamano per intimarci di lasciare subito la camera! Faccio presente che nella struttura eravamo rimasti solo noi ma evidentemente non avevano voglia di star la solo x noi e quindi bisognava chiudere bottega in fretta.. Davvero pessimi. ZERO professionalità. Davvero un gran peccato!
