The Hoxton, Lloyd is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed in. The entire hotel had so much charm and character, as well as very helpful staff. The room was very spacious, very different from what I have come to expect from most European hotel rooms. It was also a joy to come back, from long days of sight seeing, to clean sheets and fluffy towels. I also highly recommend their breakfasts - very high quality food and great coffee!

Wonderfull view, modern complex, very friendly hostess and lovely personell who want to make your stay as good as possible. We enjoyed the open terrace by evening, the delicious and expanded breakfast (ask for the omelette, yummie). Top!

We stayed 2 nights at Mercure Tokyo Haneda Airport. I chose this hotel mainly because we had an early 8am flight so it’s convenient to know that we’re not far from the airport. The room was good sized and all the room amenities are almost brand new. The shower pressure was great. We had a king size bed that fits my 7 year old, husband and I comfortably. The staff were friendly and helpful when we were checking in. There was a queue during check in but we didn’t have to wait long. We caught the free shuttle bus at the hotel. It was packed but the driver did his best to stack all the luggage and accommodate everyone. I would stay here again if we have another early flight next time at Haneda Airport.

This is a really "fresh" hotel, cool and modern, yet very into nature and using nature materials in their interior. The food and wine list in the restaurant Attme is amazing, and even worth a visit if you are not staying over for the night.

The rooms at MyStays Haneda are very small. Previously, I stayed at MyStays Narita, where the rooms were much larger, and the hotel was overall much better. Additionally, the shuttle service was not available for my daytime flight, so I had to take the train

This hotel is great. The suite we had was very comfortable and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the room was ultra clean. The hotel common areas are all GORGEOUS. The rooftop restaurant is the best. The food was excellent and service was on point. The vibe was very energetic and upbeat. I had the best quesadilla I ever tasted at the poolside restaurant (maybe I need to get out more...). The coffee lounge was nice also. Our ONLY complaint was that they did not serve any breakfast early enough and we had to go offsite just to get something to eat before we started our outings for the day.

Perfect place for Americans with High standards, BIG Rooms, BIG bathrooms, very clean, bartenders were very accommodating, the value is night and day compared to what you would get for 3x the amount just down the street. The location was in a clean and professional part of town.

This is convenient location. Our room is Small kitchen + 2 bed rooms. Please remember to bring your own personal hygiene products. All drinks kind ( e.g. coffee, tea…etc.) need to prepared by self.

It’s a very nice location at Aoyama, you can easily find metro station, restaurants, supermarket, family mart and pharmacy. The room is tiny but the facilities are nice. The only issue is the wifi, not stable, I got disconnection multiple times. Nice choice for 1 or 2 nights.
