Amazing stay! We had little hiccup at check in as we were given a room someone was already occupying. Management was very apologetic and did everything to make it right! Outside of that mishap we had wonderful 4 night stay! The staff were friendly all around! From front desk to housekeeping, breakfast, and the lounge everyone was so kind! We were pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel! Early each morning I would see the housekeeping staff cleaning the hallways, lobby, and elevators! Loved that the elevators and lobby always had a refreshing aromatic smell! Our room was super clean and super spacious! Definitely recommend getting a mountain view room with a balcony! So peaceful to watch the sunrise out there every morning or to hang out in the evening! Room service was great! Food came in a reasonable amount of time and everything was piping hot! Mozzarella Sticks, Grilled Chicken Sandwich, and Hot Wings were delicious! Loved the variety at breakfast each morning and loved the evening reception each night! Also really enjoyed the pool, fire pit, and outdoor games! As a mom, I enjoyed the laundry facilities and absolutely loved that payment was completely digital! The location of hotel is great and close to everything! Plus there is a surplus of parking space! Looking forward to our next stay!

Don’t bother staying here, stay at a local hotel and Uber there. The rooms are aesthetically appealing, but the mattress is rock hard and the pillows are cheap and lumpy. Their idea of a free continental breakfast is hanging a bag outside your door with a granola bar, an apple, a mufffin and a bottle of OJ, terrible!
The burger place is decent, but the rest is junk.
And also it’s a Pepsi property, yuck!

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Wilmington (DE) train station. It proved to be far more than adequate _ very friendly and welcoming staff, charming comfortable rooms. My only small disappointment is that they only put out coffee and some pastry in the morning — not enough for a real breakfast. We found a pleasant cafe nearby, though.

Michael valet (parking) was very hospital and courteous. Staff was great everything was great. Very clean, bed comfortable I highly recommend and I will be returning.
