Definitely living up to its marriot name.
The location is central. Cleanliness top notch, amenities complete.
Breakfast spread is good, and lots of choices.
Do note that parking is at rm8 per stay.

Excellent value and stay! We spent 6 nights at Posada de Roses. Pablo and Matilda were wonderful hosts, and there were a number of nice touches that we liked. Upon arrival, Matilda gave us a tour of the property, and explained the breakfast options. Essentially, they give a voucher for each day's breakfast that can be used at one of 3 local cafes. Over the time we spent there, we ate at all 3 and they were all very good. We enjoyed the variety and thought it was a great idea. We were also given a welcome gift of a bowl of fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Nice touches!
The yard is beautiful and we spent hot afternoons lounging by the pool reading, swimming, and watching the many hummingbirds. It's a surprising oasis in the city.
They run a tourism agency as well and we booked a horseback riding trip/Argentine asado with them, which was absolutely fantastic.
The location is in a quiet part of town but close to restaurants, the center, and Parque San Martin. Our room was clean and comfortable. I would say the only criticism would be that the air conditioner made some noise periodically.

Tutto perfetto, dalla posizione a due passi dalla metro Amedeo e dal lungomare, alla pulizia, per finire alle camere, spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. Ma il vero punto di forza è Federico, per la sua disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza! Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti!
