The room is so beautiful and clean and roomy. The location is excellent. Didn't expect they cleaned the room every day. Will stay here again next time.

The flow is both a hotel and residences. We stayed on the hotel side and we stayed for 3 nights and were woken up by the train as well as partygoers.
We ran out of coffee in our room and there is no phone located in the room to call front desk. I went down to request more coffee pods and they said they would be brought up to the room. 5 hrs later still no coffee pods had to go back down to front desk.
Pool area is nice with great views however no towels to use in pool area they expect you to use towels in your room. Lastly no free wifi for hotel guests only free in the lobby
If this hotel wants to be like a hotel you need to offer services like other hotels. Would not recommend staying here
