Overall the property was pretty clean. Bathrooms seemed old and dirty with a lot of grime build up. Staff were very nice.

It was terrific! We went to see an Oklahoma Thunder game and the hotel, staff, location was perfect. Highly suggest!

Tout était parfait. Accueil rapide et avec pleins d’explications. Tout au long du séjour des conseils sur quoi faire ou voir. Personnel au petit soin. Petit dej très complet. Le calme par excellence. Seul bémol, il manquerait une bouilloire en chambre ;) à très vite.

Bertrand's Townhouse has only been open a few months, the decor is magnificent (very boutique - to a high standard). Apart from the incredibly comfortable room the bar and garden make it difficult to want to leave the hotel. However, we did a lot of exploring during our stay as the hotel is ideally located in bloomsbury, around the corner from the British Museum and 15min walk to Covent Garden and the West End. The staff couldn't do more for us, extremely attentive. All in all we were extremely happy with our stay and if we were a little more selfish we'd like to keep it as our secret hideout in central London!!
