Atroce. Je suis venue passer un séjour en amoureux. Pas de place de parking ,nous avons tourné plusieurs fois avant d’avoir une place qui se libère à 5min à pieds. L’h?tel n’est pas frais , pas très propre , et La chambre d’h?tel était sale. Nous avons trouvés des mites mortes par terre dans la chambre . Des clients n’ont cessé de crier dans les couloirs jour et nuit. Vers 23h il semblerait qu’un couple était en train de se disputer et un homme hurlait , avait l’air très violent , claquait les portes. Le lendemain matin , nous nous sommes fait réveiller à 8h par deux femmes se disputant devant notre porte de chambre. En ouvrant nous nous sommes rendus compte qu’il s’agissait du personnel de l’h?tel. Honteux. Le petit déjeuner pas terrible et extrêmement bruyant au vue du monde. En partant on nous a proposé gentiment une bouteille d’eau , finalement même la bouteille d’eau n’est jamais venue et nous sommes partis après une trop longue attente de cette bonne intention de départ. Je n’y mettrais plus jamais les pieds de ma vie et je déconseille fortement.

一家三口住，可以合并两张床，孩子早餐免费，菜品比较丰富，出门虽然地铁站不近，但如果打车去哪都很方便，还不错，推荐！

酒店就在大理古城里麪很好找，到了之后管家还来接我们帮我们提行李，服务超级好，我们入住了二层，房间特别大，所有的产品质量都很好，吹风机是戴森的，还有小音箱可以用酒店有自助的吧枱，早餐是成套的，米线很好吃，下次来玩还会住这一家！

房间视野很好，可以俯瞰王府井大街的四合院，房间乾净整洁，床品很舒服，晚上到得比较晚，遇到一个商务团，办理入住稍微等了一下下，总的来説还很流畅。酒店带的四合院下午茶，四合院是特色，很出片，下午茶比较简单。

Apart from a confusing check in procedure. (No information on how to check in from *******) And when I approached the staff in the restaurant they blamed it on my having incorrect details on file - which was false as ******* never share guests information with 3rd party provider. Malt house should of reached out and sent information prior to our stay about check in.
Also disappointing that once we arrived to rooms, it explained about 24 hour noise from cotton factory next door. Would of been nice to know this beforehand and we could of made the decision to cancel or not. They provided cheap ear plugs that did nothing. For the price of 2A and 1C (not even a 3rd bed) only two kings, it was over priced
The air conditioner in both rooms operated with a flashing green light all night, so it was either be cold or forced to be kept awake by the green light & the nearby noise.
Rooms were clean and tidy, good amenities.
Suggest having menu in the room compendium also, instead of walking down in the dark and cold to look if it was vegetarian and/or child friendly.
