Our overall experience was good,the food was not up to the standard we expected .the staff offered excellent service and made sure we feel welcomed and even presented us with welcoming drinks. they must just upgrade on their menu.

The welcome and warmth from the staff was fantastic from the arrival. We stayed for 3 nights and did a gorilla track for 2 of the days. The staff were so attentive with helping us prepare and fitting in around our schedule. Our accommodation was comfortable and gardens beautiful . And the food was so superb, freshly baked bread and cakes as well as top class meals, all served at a time to suit us, and by wonderful wait staff.. We felt we had to ask the chef to come out for congratulations at least twice!

As usual, it’s amazing. The staff is always friendly, the security guard is very responsive and very helpful, always full of smiles. If you can replace the shower toilet (closet) using a hose (bidet) it will feel more comfortable. ?? I’ll be back soon.

We stayed at second floor which I was woken up by street noise in the middle of the night. Otherwise good location to walk around for sight seeing

感觉前台服务人员还需要再培训一下
1 办完入住 进了房间发现是亲子房 不是我订的房型 下楼找前台了解 和我说是给我升级了房型 很奇怪 一般升级房型在办入住的时候肯定会和顾客说 但是并没有人通知我
2 等我重新回到房间 前台打电话告诉我 取消升级 给我换回我原来订的房型 ???理由是有顾客刚好要这个亲子房型 从没见过这样做生意的 第一次碰到 没搞懂这个酒店前台是怎么想的 究竟是你们一开始就搞错了房型 还是真的有顾客要这个房型 如果是后者 那我只能说不改变的话 你们这个生意做不长久
3 卫生间洗手台的下水阀 是坏的 你们打扫的阿姨不知道吗 我好不容易弄起来 打扫阿姨又给我按下去 又扣了我半天才弄起来
4 退房的时候 和我说有一间房开不了票 需要在携程app上开 我打开携程看了 开不了 需要酒店开 前台竟然让我联系携程 看我有点发火了 才帮我开票 金额报出来还是错的 我出示了携程订单的金额 前台才知道开多少
