Everything ok, but... : Some additional holders in the room for drying clothes after spa would be great; Maybe simple coffee machine, simplest one, even with capsules, in the spa pool restaurant? Water temperature in spa bubble bath must be a little higher.

Good location. Price is so highe because of canton fair . Big room

The location is very convenient as it is just 5 mins walk to the MRT station and about 15 mins walk to shopping centre 1Utama which has major brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Hai Di Lao, H&M etc. The rooms are spacious and clean! I like that the room deco are up to date being one of the newest hotel in that district. Amenities are aplenty for families with younger kids. Saltwater infinity pool is beautiful (but need to do regular cleaning as there were moss inside the pool, that was the only downside of the amenities provided) The staffs have been friendly, efficient and guest oriented! I do hope they keep up the great level of service and maintenance of the hotel! I will definitely come back again for my next stay!

Exceptional experience at La Siesta Classic Hang Thung. Unbeatable location, impeccable service, indulgent spa, exquisite breakfast, and luxurious accommodations. Truly exceeded expectations - a remarkable hotel that I highly recommend for any Hanoi visit.

This is a lovely grand hotel with high ceilings, antique furniture and gardens. We had a package deal of 3 course dinner, bed and breakfast, with entry to Bletchley Park included. Food was generous and good, room was large and bed comfortable, staff were helpful and friendly. Bletchley Park was so interesting and tickets are for multiple entries over the year. What more can I say? Oh yes, free on site parking.

The hotel is located in a quiet area of Osaka, around a 30 minute walk to Dotonburi and 10 minutes to the metro. There is a 7/11 next door and several nice restaurants in the area. I had a very enjoyable stay here. The rooms are small but very clean.

L’albergo si presenta molto bene con un ampio parcheggio e spazi esterni, tuttavia l’area giochi per bambini è risultata impraticabile perché sporca. Entrando, alla reception accogliente ed elegante ci hanno accolto in modo garbato e gentile. La camera è spaziosa, ma non pulita. Abbiamo trovato batuffoli di polvere sotto la scrivania e sugli arredi. Il bagno non eccelle per pulizia.Ci aspettavamo molto di più da un 4 stelle. La colazione al contrario è stata soddisfacente, molto buona ed abbondante.
