Area wise rooms are very good. Rest of terrible. Washrooms horrible. Beds are unhygienic. Spider waves are there. Rooms cleaning were very poor. Lack of staffs so rooms services were very poor. Wifi was excellent. Restaurant food quality was poor.

Lovely large bedroom..room 122 Enjoyed meals ,service . Waiters in restaurant were excellent ..well done.. Definitely be back. Lift is a bit scarey makes a noise and jolts but safe enough ...but hotel portarage will take cases up if required ..just ask

I am genuinely saddened to leave such a poor review, but my stay here was nothing short of horrible. Upon arrival, I was forced to wait for 2 hours just to check in, and when I finally got to my room, I was greeted with a dark, moldy smell that made the entire space feel unclean and unwelcoming. When I called for basic amenities, it took an additional two hours for them to arrive. To make matters worse, all toiletries are only available upon request, meaning you're expected to wait even longer for basic items you would expect to be readily available. It’s frustrating and frankly absurd, especially for a hotel that charges premium rates. It felt like I was wasting my money on something that didn’t match the value at all. As a loyal IHG member for over 2 decades, this experience was the final straw. I’ll be ending my membership after this. The service, conditions, and overall experience were far below what anyone should expect from a reputable hotel. I expected so much more, but sadly, this hotel failed in every way.

位置很好，出门就是商业街，有各种小吃。酒店没有早餐，但是出门左转就是一个特色早餐店很方便。 房间设施比较老，马桶冲水坏了，浴室灯也坏的。房间灯光很暗。优点就是镜子比较多。 大厅有饼乾糖果花茶等点心。

We booked 4 rooms for a week and of those only 1 had a working AC. We got 3 rooms on another floor for the night and then the next day we were rejoined on the same floor with rooms that had working AC's. During our stay we encountered a very poorly managed breakfast. Most of the time basic items like croissant, orange juice, milk in the coffee machine to make cappuccino were missing. Also swimming pool is cleaned during the day with a machine rooming about dragging a cord over the whole length of the swimming pool. Terras is not actively cleaned, broken glass is left. All in all it is laissez faire managed hotel which responds kindly to all above items and tries to fix them after the occurred.
