Beautiful boutique hotel , simple understated elegance , the beds were extremely comfortable, bedroom was spacious , even though we had booked a classic room , breakfast was superb , the choice of foods outstanding and soo healthy , . Everything about the hotel, quiet and relaxing with the most , stunning surroundings , couldn’t ask for anything more

Fantastic hotel and restaurant. No complaints whatsoever. The owner / management offer next level customer service and attention to detail. The pool area is great for those hot days. I was very impressed and great value in my opinion for a boutique style hotel. 10 min walk into town but worth the little extra walk. This is a relatively new hotel and I wish the owner every success in the future and hopefully he will open more around Europe. Clearly a professional in the hospitality / hotel industry.

I can safely say that this is one of the best hotels I've been to. The hotel is located in a very good location, literally 3 min on foot from the very center of the city, ten minutes from the mini metro that takes you to the main railway station. The hotel is based on a boutique hotel style, so its very moder. The rooms are large and spacious with a number of interesting details. Each room has a Bluetooth sound system where you can play music, which I really liked. Also, the bathroom has a shower, which has a number of options, which is a very nice detail. What particularly surprised me was the free mini bar, which they replenish every day. You can also use their umbrella and many other facilities. We had a paid breakfast which was very good especially for Italy. A large selection of cured meat products, fruits, juices and sweets. It's really worth paying extra for breakfast. In the end, I was particularly impressed by the staff, receptionist Lorenzo, Barbara and Monica. They helped us with recommending restaurants and cafes calling taxis and other things with their kindness they helped a lot to make our trip much easier pleasant and better. I literally have not one bad word to say about this hotel, only words of praise and I would always be happy to return to it.

Our stay at Terra Antica surpassed all of our expectations! The suite was spacious and modern with luxury amenities. The property was magnificent- we enjoyed the hot tub each afternoon. The breakfast was the best we had in all of Italy. I will recommend this property to anyone I know who traveling to this area. It was simply THE BEST!

Exceptional as always. We will come back again! Both hotel and the restaurant. We travel with our toddler and everyone is so kind to him. Very clean and stylish rooms (also with private bathtubs), awesome breakfast included in the price. We recommend you to have a dinner in their restaurant - food is flawless as well as the service. Overall, for a weekend getaway in the mountains I couldn’t imagine a better place. Especially for families with young children.

So many reasons to steer clear. Firstly, you can ignore the description on ***********: the rooms are directly next to the platform of a live train station, so very noisy; the paid parking is not on-site but instead in a shared parking lot over the road without proper security; checkout is not 11:00, and if you want to check out at 11:00 it will cost you EUR 25; and it is not deposit-free, they want EUR 100 deposit as well as your fees upfront. My biggest gripe is that someone at the hotel ignored my *********** 'free to cancel at any time' reservation and instead booked me in as a direct booking. When I asked to cancel under the *********** policy because of the issues above (which only emerged after check-in), I was told I couldn't. We couldn't stay - and they refused to refund us. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Almost no complaints about the room: really spacious apartment with full kitchen, comfy bathtub and balcony (no spectacular city views tho). The lighting is kinda dim, but the natural light compensates during the daytime. The staff was nice enough and helpful, but there was nothing particularly extraordinary about the space, service or food that makes it luxury. Really enjoyed all the vintage shops and restaurant options in the area as well as the Boxhagener Flea Market on the weekend. Multiple grocery stores and corner stores in walking distance as well as public transit. Be prepared for cash only restaurants and cafés, but there are public ATMs on a lot of streets. I guess you have to really be down with the sustainable cause for the stay to be worth it, otherwise it's just a stylish hotel in a good neighborhood.
