Lovely hotel with aesthetically pleasing views. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Only confusion is that rooms are a bit like a maze so if you have a bad sense of direction you may get lost. Welcoming and helpful staff.

I had an overnight stay. Check-out at late hour and the location was so convenient for an early flight. Rooms were clean and had everything needed.

Perfect place for Americans with High standards, BIG Rooms, BIG bathrooms, very clean, bartenders were very accommodating, the value is night and day compared to what you would get for 3x the amount just down the street. The location was in a clean and professional part of town.

We stayed at B&B Orsini 46 for three nights in late April 2024 on the second leg of a month-long visit to Central Italy. The B&B is located on the 3rd floor (accessible by elevator) of a century old building ideally located in the Santa Lucia district of Naples. Just one block from the seaside promenade, it was possible for us to walk to all of the many sites that we visited in Napoli. We were warmly welcomed by Gabriele, who was generous with his time and sightseeing suggestions and who, with his wife Manuela, made us feel right at home. We stayed in the spacious Ischia Room which was nicely furnished and very comfortable and enjoyed daily trolleyed breakfasts in our room. The B&B is also within walking distance of many restaurants of which our favourite was Antichi Sapori Partnopei. We also appreciated Gabriele’s arrangement for our transfer to Sorrento. Overall, we were surprised how much we enjoyed Napoli and very pleased with our stay at B&B Orsini 46. We would recommend it without hesitation.

This hotel is very recent. Beautiful, elegant and well-equipped in terms of services. What doesn't strike us as normal, however, is the lack of little touches for a hotel in this category. No shampoo, no q-tips, just the same gel for washing hands and in the shower. No shower cap. An empty fridge bar. We appreciate the coffee machine and the bottle of water, but one normal coffee capsule and 3 decaffeinated coffee capsules... not logical... We asked for a room with a bath when we booked (we were "upgraded" without any request on our part, on a "marina" view, but with a shower. As we are not very nice customers, we didn't say anything. The bedding is good. The pillows are quite thick, which can be uncomfortable for people with sensitive necks. 3 cushions are available, but they are all very dense. The road is very noisy, subject to a few car rodeos at night. I've heard that the rooftop is noisy in November, but fortunately this is not the case. The staff are friendly and respond to requests. The breakfast buffet is very comprehensive, but for the evening menu, this type of buffet seems less attractive, but will surely please some people. The spa is very good, at 12.5 euros for one hour (equipped swimming pool, sauna, hammam, etc.). There is a car park at the hotel for 6 euros a night, but free parking is available 200m from the hotel by the beach. All in all, then, this is a fine hotel with a lot of potential, but some details clearly need to be reviewed to make it really nice.

Honestly, this place cannot be faulted. From first contact to the moment we left, the customer service was excellent. Marco greeted us on arrival and took our VERY large suitcases up to our room while we parked up at the really convenient garage where they have arranged discount. It costs a very reasonable 15 euros a day. Our room/suite was perfect, extremely spacious and better fitted than many a hotel. The furnishings were elegant and the bed comfortable. Lovely little balcony. Excellent bathroom and shower. There was a coffee machine, snacks, and even a filled mini-bar. The included breakfast was extremely generous and Marco's mum Agata an excellent host. She was, I think, disappointed that we didn't eat more! Best selection of pastries we have seen on our holiday. This was the perfect choice for the last night before our late morning flight home. The airport is an easy half hour drive. We loved Bari and Bari102 and very much hope to return. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality.

This hotel is superbly located in a very historic city. The rooms are rather small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. You can walk the city center and enjoy the wonderful views from the hotel. Nice restaurant with a simple and well presented menu. Beautiful views from the dining room.
