4 of us, (2 couples, all pensioners) have recently returned from a 10 day stay at the Best Western Hotel. None of us have any complaints of this hotel, the rooms are a good size, comfortable beds, nice walk in showers, quiet at night and conveniently situated for everything Sunny Beach has to offer, Flower Street, Bus Station, Bars and clubs. Hotel is kept really clean. The pool and pool bar area has background music played during the day at an acceptable level, unlike some hotels that had club style music played at loud volume all day. During our stay the pool water was tested daily for chemical levels etc. Restaurant has plenty of choice of various foods to try and satisfy all tastes. Like all establishments with buffet style the temperature of the food may not be hot enough for some people however a microwave is supplied for guests use. We did have a couple of minor issues but after visiting reception or speaking to a manager these issues were resolved, no problems, with no drama. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to revisit this hotel again next September as it satisfied all our needs.

Small but excelent hotel. Friendly staff. Food really good. Spanish cuisine. Everyone always with a smile. If you like Polanco, this is an excellent choice. Lincoln park just a few steps from the hotel. Night life is vibrant, might be a bit noisy but manageable. Gym needs more equipment.

民宿装修很有特色，特别乾净，老板娘美丽大方好客，孩子每天在河边玩的不亦乐乎，江景房很美丽。游玩东线非常方便，在江铃，篁岭，李坑等景点的中间，去哪都很近。

环境很优美，开门见山，在景区里，离各景区都很近

酒店回复：谢入住.我们民宿位於景区居中位置，闹中取静而且我们有很多孩子的玩具，。边上是三折瀑和净名谷，去灵岩才十分钟，灵峯五分钟出行方便，去最远的大龙湫才半小时，离动车站只有十五分钟,门口就是公交站点，而且我们床上用全是洗涤公司洗涤的·，我们民宿後院公区大，有各种配套设施，前院有草坪，冬天的中午和夏天的晚上都很舒服。民宿最高才三楼，欢迎您的光临

来看音乐节，临时订的。房间环境各方面都挺好的，就是位置有点偏（不过不然也不是田园景光了吧），如果是自驾的话可能会好很多。不过店家人挺好的，我们进去是打车的，出来打不到车然後店家帮我们叫的车，所以其实也没有什麽不舒服的地方。总体还是很放松的。

The accommodation is low budget and basic, and on that front it served its purpose for a one night stop over in Fakenham. Unfortunately, the welcome from the lady (Sue) downstairs in the pub itself, was far from being friendly and welcoming. I've never experienced such rudeness and for that reason I will never stay at the R.H again.

早餐太差劲了，基本没有啥吃的，开发票太不友好了
