The hotel is quite organised and the reception is very welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Hisham was our floor's cleaner and he has always been checking up on us on a daily basis to make sure the room is cleaned and that everything we need is provided for.

Attended a college reunion. A pretty family owned resort, with decent food and drinks on site. Rooms well maintained. 5 minute walk from Anjuna beach. Nothing too fancy, but that's a good thing I think.

- Location is just in 2 min walks from downtown - Apartment is pretty comfortable and spacious. We were 5 and still there was enough space to move around. - Facilities are in a great condition - There are all necessary amenities - Apartment was very clean and neat - Host were very friendly, explained us everything, gave us tips how to walk around and helped with parking

A pleasant hotel, right downtown. Parking is expensive. Lacks a proper dining room, but there is a room service menu. Excellent breakfast. The Wi-Fi system in the hotel is very old and uses insecure technology. The internet connection itself is very slow. Windows in the room are filthy on the outside and badly need to be cleaned. For €100 a night, it's OK. I would not pay more.

For the car park at 25.00€, it’s the safe box under the hotel. I apologized for the inconveniences caused during your stay. Currently closed for refurbishment. Boat trip took around the resort and beaches and major refurb is in progress. Spoke to a waiter at Sundy Praia who previously worked at Bob Bom and thoroughly recommended it. No idea when the resort will be open again.
