This was the perfect winter stay if you're looking to visit Zermatt strictly for skiing! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was nice, but plan to only ski and stay in the Hotel if you're staying there since you can't leave once the gondola closes around 4PM. Lovely dinners and the perfect view of the Matterhorn!

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our experience, especially the warm hospitality and excellent service provided by the LXR team. The kids really enjoyed the private swimming pool and the hot tub. They were in the pool till 10 pm :) The first day of our stay was truly spot on and exceeded our expectations. However, we did face a couple of issues on the following morning that were difficult to overlook. Unfortunately, the air conditioning stopped working and couldn’t be repaired until 1 pm, which was just an hour before our scheduled check-out. Additionally, there was a water leak from the downstairs bathroom ceiling, which caused some inconvenience. That said, we truly appreciate the efforts of the hotel's dedicated staff, who made our stay memorable despite these setbacks. Special thanks to Mariam from Gym Khana restaurant and Hasib, the housekeeping supervisor, for their exceptional service and kindness. We are also deeply grateful to Ms. Nour Kheriji for her patience and professionalism in handling our upgrade requests. Overall, we had an enjoyable experience, and we look forward to returning soon

Very cheap and clean but not so well with privacy because they open your door after knocking the door when you are inside the room.....

We stayed at second floor which I was woken up by street noise in the middle of the night. Otherwise good location to walk around for sight seeing

The hotel has no own beach. The rooms look much bigger than on photos. For such a high price of 1 500tl at least they could clean the room well: all bed tables were dirty, same as toilet, I am not even saying about dirty bedsheets (see photo), where it looks like someone peed on it. Also, the elevator is not working since weeks , nobody has repaired it, and we were staying on the top floor . The reception guy did not want to change the room for us for a clean one

As described, very nice old school classical set up. Well maintained, clean, spacious. Internet in lobby only and lame so if you go there for business or with teens could be an issue. I connected using my Rogers personal hotspot so that was no issue for me. Very important, best functional clim in the country! Not a central unit that produce nothing but mild air, real old style per room system. Would fly there each night from Tunis just for that!

The stay was marvellous and the staff were super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Kayon Jungle Resort. The food, however was pretty average and sometimes the staff were unorganised and forgot about our requests
