The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this.

房间温馨，前台服务人员海绵，鲸鱼，水母，派大星这几位的服务态度很温和，点名表扬，且酒店地理位置也非常好，离银滩近，总体很棒，下次还会再来入住。

On my fourth visit to the island, at a different resort each time, I found this little treasure of a place and fell in love with it immediately. It has great snorkelling at your doorstep; the rooms are as described and are very comfortable; there is a pool for those days when it is too rough to go snorkelling and it is situated at Aro’a beach which is part of the marine reserve. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment, on the second floor. We loved the beautiful, spacious balcony, which we sat on most evenings listening to the live music coming from Shipwreck Hut, while eating dinner. Whilst the bathrooms are a little tired, this was offset by the space and position of our dwelling. The music finishes at 9.00 p.m. so is not intrusive, but rather adds ambience to the whole beach front experience and the sunsets are the best on the island, in my view. The food at Shipwreck Hut is reasonably priced and delicious. They will even bring it up to your room. The manager Lisa and the owner of the resort Alan, are friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. All of the staff are amazing. The free WIFI in the rooms is also a huge plus. I can’t recommend this place enough and plan to return next year. Thanks Lisa and Alan for a fabulously relaxing stay.

We have been to Renmark dozens of times but our first experience with the Renmark apartments. Finding your way into the carparking the first time wasn't the easiest, We arrived at 1.15pm and walked across to the Renmark club to check in. We had observed there were no cleaners etc on site at the apartments, so we asked to check in. The first lady we spoke with was military style, 'check in is at 2pm'!!!! Fortunately another staff member came along and took over and checked us in. We had difficulty getting the apartment door to open so sought help. That lady commented that she knew some of the doors were difficult. Once we were shown the knack we were fine, but others staying there also commented on having similar difficulty. I know there things are minor but when your in the hospitality business, presenation, service and attitude are the three main principals. The apartments are conveniently located, well appointed with good kitchen, living area and ok bathrooms. Everything worked and cleanliness was excellent.

Overall gewdd hotel in near central park mall , and yummy breakfast

we come here with my group of family and we stay here for 4 nights. all the servise and people here are so kind and they behave nice ecpecially ayel,orhan helped us to spend better time .but just the foods quality were a little less
