设施：隔音太差太差，走廊的人说话都能听得一清二楚，旁边房的说话，看电视都能听到，这价格还不如200多的隔离效果好，真的是服了，三更半夜的感觉有人一直在耳边放电视一样……………想睡又睡不着的感觉真的很崩溃，想着家里来亲戚太多人太吵了，才来住酒店想着安静点好好的休息一下，结果没想到住的酒店更崩溃

Mr.Mostafa, the host, was very kind and contacted me immediately after I made the reservation.
After arriving, he welcomed me with a drink, which I really enjoyed.
The location is very close to the Pyramids, and he can help arrange tours if you ask him whenever you want.
The night view from the accommodation is beautiful, offering a stunning view of the Pyramids.
I heard that a new hotel in the same group will be opening soon, so be sure to check it out as well.

The hotel is quite organised and the reception is very welcoming and helpful. Mohammed Hisham was our floor's cleaner and he has always been checking up on us on a daily basis to make sure the room is cleaned and that everything we need is provided for.

a lot of mosqito..there don't have any mosqito spray, only can get anti mosqito lotion. room no telephone, if need help, need to walk to the receiption to ask for it. my sister was stay in this standard room, her commend that the blanket is very hard, air cond not cold enough. ask for pillow when day 1 checked in, but until check out, the pillow never bring to her. need to take some walk just can arrive the walking street. pool nice, beach strong wind.quite place.

Wouldn't not call the room a superior room, if it is Wouldn't like to see a standard room, very disappointing. Bathroom wasn't clean. Hotel had a very funny unpleasant smell to.
Wouldn't recommend you staying here, very over priced.
