One of the finest hotels that we have had the opportunity to locate in Vasco, after a number of years trying to look for a place that we were comfortable at. The Full Team, from the GM, Mr. Savio the FOM, Mr. Sandeep the Reservation Manager and each and every single staff member made our stay memorable, that left us in an emotional state when it was time to leave. Every Team Member was exceptional, and it would be impossible to write all the names, but we would like to personally thank each and every one of them. We cannot wait until we can travel back to Regenta Place, Vasco. THANK YOU TO EACH AND EVERY ONE AT TEAM REGENTA

Great location near to shimbashi station, around the corner is family mart a supermarket and donki quijote. Walkable to Ginza. Good room size more than enough for a solo traveller. no bathtub but not an issue to me.

Pods were simple and special, staying in the forest with access to all the luxuries of the resort. Deluxe breakfast and setting to chill out in all weather conditions

The hotel is beautifully decorated and very well located in an area called Seapoint, which is very safe and close to the V&A waterfront. The hotel organises a shuttle service to the waterfront. We had a wonderful breakfast every morning at the hotel and dined at the hotel restaurant twice. The food was delicious, and very well presented. The staff at the hotel are extremely kind and catered to our every need. We were particularly impressed with Lennox, Goodwill and the lady who was on reception on our last day, 25th June, Thank you so much.

It is a good option, being close to metro station. Clean rooms, helpful staff, not so many breakfast options.

The location is very good, close to everything interesting. The service is ok, but you have to pay extra for ordering food in the hotel. You pay for the food, the delivery and also taxes. You can't see the total amount before ordering, only after the food got to you. Very disappointing, you think the pizza costs 220 Baht but then it becomes around 350. Other than that, the service is good and pretty fast. Although they got 2 numbers for requesting something and usually you dial the wrong one.
The jacuzzi doesn't work, no one told this to us until we decided to use it on our last day, then we called the front desk and they said it's actually broken.
Why it's not written down? The only reason for anyone to get this room is the jacuzzi.
The cleaning is good, didn't need to ask to change the sheets when needed.
They also wipe off the floor (saw it myself).
The amenities are bad, they're very very basic and if you want more than 2 bottles of water, you have to pay extra for it. Never have I heard of a hotel which asks for extra charge for a bottle of water. And of course the bottle is overpriced by a lot.
They also provide a bus at certain times to take you to the mall which is about 20 minutes walk. That's basically it.
