We had an amazing stay! The room was spotless, with every detail perfectly taken care of. The entire property is absolutely gorgeous. A special shoutout to the staff at reception, who were incredibly welcoming—especially Giselle and Aishling , who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be returning! I visited this property for the very 1st time and trust me the experience was waww, ohh we love the balcony view from our room, we enjoyed a lot in the swimming pool was big and absolutely clean, staff were also very friendly and helpful ,we enjoyed the food served over here, highly recommend and I appreciate the staffs

设施：隔音太差太差，走廊的人说话都能听得一清二楚，旁边房的说话，看电视都能听到，这价格还不如200多的隔离效果好，真的是服了，三更半夜的感觉有人一直在耳边放电视一样……………想睡又睡不着的感觉真的很崩溃，想着家里来亲戚太多人太吵了，才来住酒店想着安静点好好的休息一下，结果没想到住的酒店更崩溃 环境：一进门就很浓甲醛味道

It’s a pleasant stay with family and kids. Nice ambience and staff are very caring. Specially the swimming pool staff were friendly. I would definitely recommend. Security team Shivaram, Rajeswari & Mounika. I really admire their good work

We have been to Renmark dozens of times but our first experience with the Renmark apartments. Finding your way into the carparking the first time wasn't the easiest, We arrived at 1.15pm and walked across to the Renmark club to check in. We had observed there were no cleaners etc on site at the apartments, so we asked to check in. The first lady we spoke with was military style, 'check in is at 2pm'!!!! Fortunately another staff member came along and took over and checked us in. We had difficulty getting the apartment door to open so sought help. That lady commented that she knew some of the doors were difficult. Once we were shown the knack we were fine, but others staying there also commented on having similar difficulty. I know there things are minor but when your in the hospitality business, presenation, service and attitude are the three main principals. The apartments are conveniently located, well appointed with good kitchen, living area and ok bathrooms. Everything worked and cleanliness was excellent.

a lot of mosqito..there don't have any mosqito spray, only can get anti mosqito lotion. room no telephone, if need help, need to walk to the receiption to ask for it. my sister was stay in this standard room, her commend that the blanket is very hard, air cond not cold enough. ask for pillow when day 1 checked in, but until check out, the pillow never bring to her. need to take some walk just can arrive the walking street. pool nice, beach strong wind.quite place.

Un très bel établissement, propre qui est tenu par des personnes forts chaleureuses. Le petit déjeuner est vraiment copieux et le repas du soir l'est également avec des produitslocaux. Proche de belles balades pédestres. Bref c'est du tout bon.
