I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Four Points Sheraton on Soi 15, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! ?? The hotel's location is perfect - close to Sukhumvit Road, yet tucked away in a quiet soi. The staff were warm and welcoming, checking me in efficiently and making sure I had everything I needed. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, with a great bed and excellent shower. The rooftop pool was a lovely spot to relax and take in the city views. The breakfast buffet was impressive, with a wide range of options to suit all tastes. I also appreciated the hotel's focus on sustainability, with eco-friendly initiatives evident throughout the property. Overall, I highly recommend the Four Points Sheraton on Soi 15 for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great location. I'll definitely be back! ??

Clean Tidy Nice Great rooms! But Jesus- loud. The rooms have a shared door Any noise next door, bathroom, tv, anything. Keeps you up. Mexican bar Downstsirs also party til 2/3am Good luck sleeping Great for party people. Not so for chill traveler Pool right in lobby too. Not good for chilling.

Never been to such a filthy place. The rooms weren’t even cleaned properly and looked like a construction site. Stains and hairs of previous guests on the linen, floor and in the bathroom. Horrible customer service. I booked 7 nights and only stayed one due to the unbearable conditions. The hotel published pictures and descriptions of the rooms that are far away from reality. The hotel is rather a hostel than a 4 star accommodation. The only clean items were the towels and I stayed there for one night wrapped up in the towels not to touch the dirty linen and checked out immediately the day after. The hotel did not care about my complaints and refused any refund. The positive feedbacks given so far seem to be faked. I can just advise everyone to avoid that place by all means.

BUSINESS HOTEL, STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY. ROOM IS SMALL. LOCATION IS GOOD

Good location, nice food and spacious rooms . We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Walking distance to mall of emirates and the metro. Lively environment.
