Fantastic experience, nice hot spring, free ramen ice lolly and jelly

I am most disappointed with the services that the hotel staff provided as there was an incidence happened at our last day stay 25/5/24. The hotel provided a small tablet device that control everything like alarm, light switches air conditioning etc. and at 6 am that morning (25/5) without any of us notice, the "do not clean room" button was pressed and three of us came back at 4 pm in the afternoon finding out the room wasn't clean and the staff just say sorry you press the wrong button and the cleaning services finishes at 2pm. Three persons stayed in a tiny room with no cleaning up wasn't nice and we were not aware of this no clean service button as even with instruction it takes time to get used to. However all the staff after checking all the electronic data just want to prove it was one of us that press the wrong button and it is not their fault and sorry bad luck ! I don't call that services and it looks more like a punishment and no staff has offered alternatives and sympathy as you know how small a room in Tokyo is. As soon as they know they haven't done anything wrong they shrug of their responsibility and I might as well speak to a robot and why bother putting them there at the lobby.

Apart from being a bit pricey, everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. Located on the riverside with walking distance to a Jr station.

The room was very small but it was convenient.

The new fantastic decorated hotel with a lovely spa is an absolute delight! The attention to detail in the decor creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The spa experience was nothing short of heavenly, with great views. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the "Amazing Monkey Drinks" at the bar. Innovative and delicious, they add a fun and exotic twist to the overall experience. This establishment truly exceeded my expectations, offering an unforgettable stay with top-notch amenities and a delightful touch of creativity. The hotel is serving a delicious breakfast but the only thing missing is a restaurant for dinner. Not a huge problem as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable retreat.

Elegantly decorated hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff and service were fantastic! We were a group of 7 adults and found the dining and common areas very enjoyable for gathering. The food was delicious - many choices for breakfast and dinners sometimes included traditional Tyrolean dishes (germkn?del for desert- yum!). We also enjoyed the spa and pool, my personal favorite was the steam sauna. I was also impressed with the multitude of activities for kids in the Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis area. Many hiking trails and play areas for kids. We saw lots of happy riders on the Fisser Flitzer while hiking near the M?seralmbahn. Chesa Monte is a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful village of Fiss!

Etwas abgelegene Anlage aber dafür hat man hier seine Ruhe. Sehr gro?es komplettes Appartement mit Gemeinschaftspool. Sauber und gepflegt. Leichte Abzüge beim Frühstück, da es ein wenig eint?nig war. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen! Daumen Hoch

Quieren descansar con todas las comodidades? Este es el lugar!! Fuimos 7 días la semana pasada (febrero-2022). Fuimos parte de la familia y alquilamos 2 de las 3 caba?as. El lugar es increíble, lleno de detalles lindos, modernos, limpios, se nota que está muy cuidado, sus anfitriones Néstor y Gabriela están en todos los detalles. Desayuno: rico, fastuoso, te lo traen a la hora que vos lo pidas. Limpian la caba?a todos los días. El exterior es magnifico, la galería es so?ada, llena de comodidades, la parrilla está muy buena (y te la limpian temprano al día siguiente así que podés desayunar sin los restos de la cena). De 7 días que estuvimos hicimos 7 asados!!! Hay estacionamiento amplio y cubierto para el auto. La zona de la pileta y reposeras es lo más!! O sea, nada negativo para decir. Y SUPER RECOMENDABLE!! Gracias Néstor y Gabriela!!! Seguro nos veremos nuevamente!!
