Beautiful meal at the Mill, Cliff at Lyons. Food was amazing and the staff, (Michelle) was brilliant. She looked after 6 of us from the moment we arrived, until we were leaving... Beautiful setting and Lovely atmosphere.. Will most definitely be back ??

Wonderful gem in the heart of Margate. Comfortable bedding, air con, modern & stylish rooms. The toiletries are from Haeckels which is my absolute favourite. One big plus - no noise even though we were right in the midst of everything. Anne was so friendly and helpful.

We greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Breakfast had a nice variety of options and staff were attentive in clearing tables and asking patrons if they needed additional drinks. The rooms were clean and a nice size. Parking is right on site. The location is perfect if you want to visit both Dresden and Bastei national park. To note, if you want to visit the gardens it is €3 per person and tickets can be bought at hotel reception.

The dinner service was very poor. For two consecutive evenings, we were sitting at the table for 40 minutes before we were served the starter, and even after we reminded the waiter for the third time, we were still waiting to eat. The dining experience was very unpleasant and stressful. Furthermore, drinks were not properly ordered, and no regard for having kids at the table, the kids' food came late too.

Rooms small for two people, bathroom is good but separate toilet is too small. Food was very good, a buffet style but always plenty of choice and frequently replenished. Bar is in the front lobby so not conducive to a relaxed evening, service was excellent. Bar extension room furniture was shuffled at 02:00 hours each morning which wakes you so stay off the first floor. Criticism was that we asked for bathrobes to use in the spa, none arrived in the room. We requested assistance with the room safe but none arrived. 10 min walk to gondola, leave your ski kit at a shop by gondola for 2 euros a day much easier.

We recently stayed at the Loisium Langenlois after an overnight flight from the U.S. It was an easy hour-long drive from the airport and a much-preferred quiet retreat outside the busy city of Vienna. We arrived early with our small dog, who also joined the flight with us, and were delighted by the service. The staff was even able to accommodate an early check-in time so that we could rest. Our suite was spacious and well appointed, including a dog bed and amenities. The wines were all excellent, and the spa and resort grounds were lovely. The breakfast selection was also first-rate. This was our second stay in a Loisium hotel, and we will certainly be back again!

Das Montfort war in jeder Beziehung hervorragend. Der Empfang war freundlich. Unser Zimmer war ger?umig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man wünscht, von guten Betten über Kaffeemaschine, M?blierung und Terrasse. Zur Begrü?ung gab es einen leckeren Drink. Wir hatten HP gebucht. Das 3-G?nge-Menu mundete ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienungen waren freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Anschluss ans Essen konnte man im Aussenbereich den lauen Sommerabend genie?en. Auch hier war die Bedienung freundlich, man servierte sogar kostenlos kleine Snacks. Das Buffet-Frühstück war umfangreich, es fehlte an nichts. Ein alles in allem angenehmes Hotel, das ich immer wieder gerne besuchen werde.

The good things…..location to the ski lifts, friendly bar staff, great little takeaway pizza service, stunning views from the balcony. But….. Arrived at 12.30, room not ready until 5pm and was told there was nowhere to lock our luggage securely. Eventually after much negotiation I was offered a store room to lock our luggage and ski gear away in. Ski box in Block F, you’re given a locker key for a tiny locker (2 pairs ski boots max) and a ski locker for only 2 sets of skis. Our room slept 4 , there were 3 of us, so 3rd member had to keep board and gear in the room! The floor to the ski room was always filthy and wet. Room 306 in Block F was damaged and filthy. If you have an “apartment” it is not cleaned at all, linen changed at additional cost, bins aren’t even emptied, nothing! Nobody entered our room in 1 week other than us!! All furniture was damaged/broken, none of the bathroom doors (2) had locks on, they had been removed. The internal door from the lounge sleeping area that separates from the bedroom had also been removed. Shower filthiest I’ve ever used. Lifts in Block F were always being used for linen trollies, always full so stairs in ski boots not the best especially the noise! All bedrooms in block F have an internal one way window into the corridor, so when the automatic lights come on at night it’s hard not to be woken. Booked 3 adults and asked for a twin bed set up plus sofa bed. Arrived to a double bed!! Thankfully spare duvet and pillows in wardrobe so I was able to split the 2 single beds, but why couldn’t they ? Decor tired, food in the restaurant is just a rubbish buffet, not Italian food in any shape or form. Purpose built for the 2006 Winter Olympics, doesn’t look like it’s had any maintenance or tlc since!! Cheap and cheery, very VERY basic, more 2 star/hostel than a 3 star hotel.

Visit to Dresden for Christmas. Enjoyed the markets, the local cultural sites were wonderful and the service everywhere was quite excellent. I would recommend this location and in particular the Hapimag facility to anyone.
