Overall we found ADV HOME to be just ok. It was extremely expensive compared to some of the hotels in the area and everything had an extra charge: 15 euros for early check-in, 10 euros for 11am checkout (10am is the regular checkout team which is extremely early). Heads up this is not a bed and breakfast like it says online, it's just a make-shift Airbnb like situation (no breakfast, amenities). The owner threatened us for the bad review when we were leaving and try to buy it for 10 euros, we said no and said maybe a partial refund. He got rude and followed us at that point. Do not stay here, it is a safety issue.

Our garden room was comfortable with cute patio seating overlooking the garden of succulents, bamboo and banana leaf trees. One of our highlights is picking our own salad from the garden with the freshly made salad dressing. The spa is cozy and our massage therapists were skilled and kind. There are trains tracks very close to the inn which was annoying at night however they provide earplugs and a sound machine. The on sight activity with rock painting and flower press coloring was also a nice highlight as well as availability of yoga mats.

Booked direct with the hotel for 1 night B&B. Easy to find off the A1, plenty of parking, check in desk was to the left as you enter the bar. Spacious double room on 1st floor with kingside bed was front facing the car park and grounds. Large Bathroom with a bath / shower. Welcome snack and usual complimentary tea coffee water. We had drinks in the bar and ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both meals were very nice Staff behind the bar and in the restaurant were very welcoming. Would look to stay here again when visiting the area.

Nice hotel that suitable for next morning early flight. The room is spacious with enough amenities.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our accommodation. The décor is charming and exactly as the photos. Location is perfectly convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We loved the beautiful surrounds and Lyndis warm welcome will be remembered.

Food lovely but service is terrible. We were using the 40% discount on main meals and when ordering we’re told we don’t need to do anything other than produce the phone. Went to pay and the most obnoxious waitress argued and insisted that we had to physically down load a code. She was rude and really argumentative and there was absolutely no need for this. On the way out we mentioned this to the manager who didn’t seem bothered by the behaviour of his staff. I have visited this venue a number of times with different friends and have never had this sort of bad behaviour before. I won’t be back nor will I recommend

This is not a 4-star hotel. It may have been in the 1960s or 70s but by the look of things it hasn’t had any updates since then. The staff were friendly and accommodating but the room itself was outdated and basic. There were few in-room amenities, no fridge or safe in the room which for a 4 star hotel is below standard. Breakfast was plentiful but low quality, a particular highlight of mine was the brick of scrambled eggs. This being said, the coffee was very nice.

This hotel is superbly located in a very historic city. The rooms are rather small but very comfortable and nicely decorated. You can walk the city center and enjoy the wonderful views from the hotel. Nice restaurant with a simple and well presented menu. Beautiful views from the dining room.

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia in estate per 4 giorni. Gli ambienti sono moderni, bellissimi, luminosi e molto puliti. L'edificio è in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla ed è dotato di un comodo garage e di balconi. I proprietari sono semplicemente favolosi :-) Lo consiglio assolutamente. Giovanna R., Mirandola (MO)
