Overall we found ADV HOME to be just ok. It was extremely expensive compared to some of the hotels in the area and everything had an extra charge: 15 euros for early check-in, 10 euros for 11am checkout (10am is the regular checkout team which is extremely early). Heads up this is not a bed and breakfast like it says online, it's just a make-shift Airbnb like situation (no breakfast, amenities). The owner threatened us for the bad review when we were leaving and try to buy it for 10 euros, we said no and said maybe a partial refund. He got rude and followed us at that point. Do not stay here, it is a safety issue.

staff were so helpful and attentive. Great hotel and location is easy to park and walk the small town. easy to commute into bath for the day and be tourist. no parking costs unlike staying in Bath

Booked direct with the hotel for 1 night B&B. Easy to find off the A1, plenty of parking, check in desk was to the left as you enter the bar. Spacious double room on 1st floor with kingside bed was front facing the car park and grounds. Large Bathroom with a bath / shower. Welcome snack and usual complimentary tea coffee water. We had drinks in the bar and ate in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both meals were very nice Staff behind the bar and in the restaurant were very welcoming. Would look to stay here again when visiting the area.

The best hotel I have ever stayed!! I want to mention that I have traveled a lot and been in a lot of hotels but this one will stay in my memory for a way to long. First, I want to mention the staff. They were all very polite starting from the receptionist, the waitresses, the manager to the taxi driver. Dedicated to their work in order to make every guest to feel welcomed and just like they are home. Very professional in communication and ready to help. The breakfast was amazing (included in the room price). Nothing was missing on the plate starting with fruits, fresh vegetables, fruit juices, eggs and everything else. The room was clean (really good pillows, clean bathrooms, good water pressure, new towels and the bathroom was completed with the all accessories.) I would completely recommend this hotel! Looking forward to stay there again in my next trip to Tirana.

Excellent boutique Hotel. The room was amazing and better than the pictures. The host Ina with her professional esperance and hospitable care. Location very private and quiet but only 15 minutes from attractive city centre. Highly recommended and I am pretty sure that we will be back again.

Food lovely but service is terrible. We were using the 40% discount on main meals and when ordering we’re told we don’t need to do anything other than produce the phone. Went to pay and the most obnoxious waitress argued and insisted that we had to physically down load a code. She was rude and really argumentative and there was absolutely no need for this. On the way out we mentioned this to the manager who didn’t seem bothered by the behaviour of his staff. I have visited this venue a number of times with different friends and have never had this sort of bad behaviour before. I won’t be back nor will I recommend

This is not a 4-star hotel. It may have been in the 1960s or 70s but by the look of things it hasn’t had any updates since then. The staff were friendly and accommodating but the room itself was outdated and basic. There were few in-room amenities, no fridge or safe in the room which for a 4 star hotel is below standard. Breakfast was plentiful but low quality, a particular highlight of mine was the brick of scrambled eggs. This being said, the coffee was very nice.

I really want to rate this higher but there were some disappointments. Our welcome was cool and remained disinterested for the most part. The room was fine but small and in a new building at the back (I think this is the case for nearly all rooms), so you are not really staying in a Masseria. Surrounding countryside wonderful for cycling.

Stayed here for a week. First visit to Austria. We chose a room with a balcony and was well worth the extra cost. Breakfasts were great. Plenty of cold choice. I love my fruit and there was lots to choose . Staff were great on reception in the restaurant and also the Postbar next door. Its a shame this doesnt open til 5pm as it would have been lovely to have a drink on the terrace ( only saw this being used once). The one down side was housekeeping. One day my bed was made up but not my hubbys. No English tea other than on first day as not replenished throughout stay. ( I have still given 5 stars as did not impact on holiday)Had a couple of nights entertainment in the square and outside hotel which was fantastic . I would definitely recommend.

Sono stata qui con la mia famiglia in estate per 4 giorni. Gli ambienti sono moderni, bellissimi, luminosi e molto puliti. L'edificio è in una posizione centrale ma tranquilla ed è dotato di un comodo garage e di balconi. I proprietari sono semplicemente favolosi :-) Lo consiglio assolutamente. Giovanna R., Mirandola (MO)
