Excellent hotel. We did a three city tour in Georgia, had booked 4 rooms. First stop was Tbilisi, and we stayed here for 3-4 days. It was very good, super fast check in process, very friendly staff. Rooms were also very clean. The hotel is located at a distance of 10 min drive from dry bridge, but since we had a car it wasn't a problem. The breakfast spread was also amazing. I must point out that there was an error in our booking, I had accidentally booked the room for 3 days only whereas I meant to do it for 4 days; but thanks to the extremely helpful staff, they didn't create a fuss and managed to give us enough rooms to spend the night. One piece of information, the hotel doesn't have dedicated car parking, that is something that can be worked upon. But overall great experience, value for money.

We had a good time in Van der Valk Hotel. Room was very large, so does the double bed and the bathroom. Particulary appreciated the huge shower. Pretty clean and accepting dogs. Also enjoyed the private parking.

The best hotel I have ever stayed!! I want to mention that I have traveled a lot and been in a lot of hotels but this one will stay in my memory for a way to long. First, I want to mention the staff. They were all very polite starting from the receptionist, the waitresses, the manager to the taxi driver. Dedicated to their work in order to make every guest to feel welcomed and just like they are home. Very professional in communication and ready to help. The breakfast was amazing (included in the room price). Nothing was missing on the plate starting with fruits, fresh vegetables, fruit juices, eggs and everything else. The room was clean (really good pillows, clean bathrooms, good water pressure, new towels and the bathroom was completed with the all accessories.) I would completely recommend this hotel! Looking forward to stay there again in my next trip to Tirana.

Excellent boutique Hotel. The room was amazing and better than the pictures. The host Ina with her professional esperance and hospitable care. Location very private and quiet but only 15 minutes from attractive city centre. Highly recommended and I am pretty sure that we will be back again.

The new fantastic decorated hotel with a lovely spa is an absolute delight! The attention to detail in the decor creates a warm and inviting ambiance. The spa experience was nothing short of heavenly, with great views. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the "Amazing Monkey Drinks" at the bar. Innovative and delicious, they add a fun and exotic twist to the overall experience. This establishment truly exceeded my expectations, offering an unforgettable stay with top-notch amenities and a delightful touch of creativity. The hotel is serving a delicious breakfast but the only thing missing is a restaurant for dinner. Not a huge problem as there are several good restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable retreat.

L’endroit est magique par sa vue sur un cirque montagneux de toute beauté et l’abord d’un très joli et assez exigeant parcours de golf. Cuisine de qualité, personnel accueillant. La chambre était convenable avec une jolie terrasse. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

The dinner service was very poor. For two consecutive evenings, we were sitting at the table for 40 minutes before we were served the starter, and even after we reminded the waiter for the third time, we were still waiting to eat. The dining experience was very unpleasant and stressful. Furthermore, drinks were not properly ordered, and no regard for having kids at the table, the kids' food came late too.

Rooms small for two people, bathroom is good but separate toilet is too small. Food was very good, a buffet style but always plenty of choice and frequently replenished. Bar is in the front lobby so not conducive to a relaxed evening, service was excellent. Bar extension room furniture was shuffled at 02:00 hours each morning which wakes you so stay off the first floor. Criticism was that we asked for bathrobes to use in the spa, none arrived in the room. We requested assistance with the room safe but none arrived. 10 min walk to gondola, leave your ski kit at a shop by gondola for 2 euros a day much easier.

Elegantly decorated hotel with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff and service were fantastic! We were a group of 7 adults and found the dining and common areas very enjoyable for gathering. The food was delicious - many choices for breakfast and dinners sometimes included traditional Tyrolean dishes (germkn?del for desert- yum!). We also enjoyed the spa and pool, my personal favorite was the steam sauna. I was also impressed with the multitude of activities for kids in the Fiss/Serfaus/Ladis area. Many hiking trails and play areas for kids. We saw lots of happy riders on the Fisser Flitzer while hiking near the M?seralmbahn. Chesa Monte is a wonderful place to stay in the beautiful village of Fiss!
