We stayed for 3 nights. Fantastic attention and service provided by Marcos and his assistants. Our room was comfortable. You get the feel of how the building was in its hay day. Located not far from the market. Easy walk. The evening dinner and cultural entertainment was extraordinary.

It was a lovely experience, we enjoyed the stay over the weekend. The breakfast buffet and the indoor pool was the best part Would definitely spend the weekend here again whenever we travel to Birmingham.

This is an absolute gem of a place. The owner and his staff are lovely and accommodating. We had two beautiful rooms - one room was smaller for our boys. Our room overlooked the Riad center and it was comfortable, clean and a lovely place to stay. I loved all the tiles and beautiful Moroccan decor. Breakfast was included and it was delicious and fresh.

Nous sommes venu dans ce riad en décembre 2022. Riad très bien placé. Chambre au dernier étage en terasse avec une vue magnifique. Repas très bon . Chambre très sombre et un accès wifi modeste. Personnel serviable . Nous avons eu un soucis d’électricité durant notre séjour. Nous ne pouvions pas prendre de douche sans prendre des coups d’ électricités assez forts même tenir le pommeau de douche et ouvrir les robinets n’étaient pas possible à partir du moment où nous avions les pieds mouillés … je vous laisse imaginer la complexité pour se doucher après des journées de marche intense dans la Médina. Nous l’avons signalé au gérant qui nous a dit 3 fois de suite qu’il allait faire le nécessaire. Rien n’ a été fait malheureusement . Une où plusieurs chambres du riad avait l’air vides mais à aucun moment ils nous ont proposé une autre alternative . Geste commercial de 10euros pour avoir pris des risque au vu de la dangerosité du problème.

Not too sure why this place gets such a good rating. Location is bad, room is basic at best. I wouldn’t have stayed here if the reviews were accurate and will not stay again.

So many reasons to steer clear. Firstly, you can ignore the description on ***********: the rooms are directly next to the platform of a live train station, so very noisy; the paid parking is not on-site but instead in a shared parking lot over the road without proper security; checkout is not 11:00, and if you want to check out at 11:00 it will cost you EUR 25; and it is not deposit-free, they want EUR 100 deposit as well as your fees upfront. My biggest gripe is that someone at the hotel ignored my *********** 'free to cancel at any time' reservation and instead booked me in as a direct booking. When I asked to cancel under the *********** policy because of the issues above (which only emerged after check-in), I was told I couldn't. We couldn't stay - and they refused to refund us. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Location and room were both excellent - this place is a few steps away from the magnificent cathedral and all the cafes, restaurant, shops and general buzz, so you really are very central. The one drawback is that at night there is music and/or singing in the street right below and when the volume is cranked up, the double glazed windows are little use in mitigating the noise - you have no choice but to be part of the audience. But as the receptionist said, "this is Italy ..."

Absolutely amazing stay

Um hotel para mochileiros. é na verdade um quarto muito antigo e um apartamento muito antigo também. O quarto é bem grande, cabem umas 6 pessoas. N?o tem servi?o de hotel completo e o café da manha é um voucher para um restaurante que fica uns 5 minutos de distancia.
