The service is good Food is very nice And hotel rooms are really clean and nice . Rooms are clean And bed are really soft , there is game zone but if there is a garden it will be more good Lifts are not properly work . Food is very tasty Overall hotel is very nice

We stayed at this hotel 18 years ago & although we regularly holiday in Austria, it’s the first time we’ve been back to Mayrhofen. Don’t know why we left it so long as it’s a great resort & The Elisabeth is even better than we remember. The whole hotel has been improved & extended. We were amazed that they remembered we’d stayed before, despite it being so long ago, & delighted that they upgraded our room. We also love the fact it’s now an adults only hotel. The staff were very friendly, helpful & efficient throughout. Our room was usually serviced while we were at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable with lovely bedding, although a tad warm at night when the outside temperature was high. The bathrooms have all been refurbished with lovely walk-in showers & plenty of space for all your stuff. As others have mentioned, the food is excellent. You are allocated a table for the week where you sit for breakfast & dinner & in common with most Austrian hotels, you pre-order your soup, starter, main & dessert while at breakfast. Your drinks bill from the previous evening is also on your table to sign at breakfast. Unfortunately, on one occasion we were charged for some wine which wasn’t ours. We pointed this out to the waitress & she amended the bill but this wasn’t taken off our bill on check-out. A €10 tip for a massage was also added to our bill on check-out but we didn’t notice either error until we got home. My husband enjoyed the saunas & steam rooms & also booked 2 massages during our stay, which he said were very good. We will definitely return.

Mr. Megnad and his team gave so many life time memories . Great service and fantastic food are the main introduction of this villa . Only problem was bathroom which congusted and there was no dressing table is available in the room . It's costly a little. Room charge should not more than ?4500 per day . But, I paid it what MYP asked.

It was on top of the mountains. The view was okay. The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

Un petit bémol sur la propreté. Quelques taches de café sur tables chevets et surtout surprise que les employés passent une éponge sur les tables au petit déjeuner mais ne ramasse pas les miettes. Elles vont par terre ??

Wundersch?nes Hotel, mit so viel Liebe zum Detail und zur Qulit?t!! Wir waren für ein verl?ngertes Wochenende im Das Gerlos und hatten ein normales Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Hotel ist ein Familienbetrieb und das merkt man. Hier ist es wichtig, dass sich die G?ste wohl fühlen und das haben wir vom ersten Moment an. Im Hotel ist alles durchdacht, modern, dennoch gemütlich und wirklich von hoher Qualit?t. Angefangen vom Frühstück (super leckeres Egg Benedict!!), über tolle Pflegeprodukte im Bad, bis zum kostenlosen Bio-Tee im Wellnessbereich. Apropos Wellnessbereich…. Einfach unfassbar sch?n mit Panoramasauna mit Blick in die Berge. Zum Skifahren k?nnen wir das Hotel nochmal extra empfehlen, da die Bergbahn nur 5min fussl?ufig entfernt ist und die Talabfahrt bis vors Hotel geht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Although the hotel is located in a quiet area with a beautiful view on the Mont Blanc, the service was disappointing. We stayed for 2 nights in January 2023. During our stay there was no hot water for one full day one night. After the first night we informed the hotel. They just moved us to another and told us during the day that the issue was solved. But when we came back for the second night there was still no hot water. And the staff was unable to say they are sorry and could not tell us when it would be solved. Definitively does not meet the 4 stars standards except by charging 400 EUR per night. I will no go to this place

First of all: it was just excellent! For both sports and recreation a super address. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Free ski shuttle to the ski area and back. Wonderful wellness facility with everything your heart desires. Perfectly clean, beautifully designed and large rooms, great food. The stay was excellent.
