Amazing really nothing to add. Breakfast was amazing, service was really good. We came for ICON and it was really convenient

Very clean and nice amenities in the room. Service was friendly and efficient. Well located with Starbucks on ground floor and many convenience stores around. Walking distance to shinsaibashi - many restaurants and shopping areas.

One night was not enough! I wish we could have stayed longer, but we will definitely be coming back, for a long weekend next time! Everything about this beautiful b&b is just amazing. The whole experience from start to finish was everything you’d want for the perfect break/date night. The host Rob was wonderful and accommodating when I contacted with questions before the stay. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking (I have attached picture). The whole experience overall was incredible, tranquil and peaceful. And the room itself was clean, comfy and a home from home. We will be back!!!!

Quality of food and service is not at a 4star level. The halfboard dinner was of mediocre quality; the salat buffet was always the same and only consisted of tomatos, cucumbers, mais, red beet and salat. No variation over one whole week. Food as such was quite tasteless except for the fish; not what you would expect in Italy either. It was not possible to order espresso after dinner; instead you had to go to the bar according to the "hotel policy". Staff in the restaurant seemed to be inexperienced and not well trained - at least not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. You have to pay in order to use the wellness center which they sell as "private spa". EUR 25,-/person per hour is totally overpriced. We will not stay in this hotel again.

In fact, the salad bar consists of fennel, carrots, lettuce, etc. every other day in addition to the courses mentioned. We are also very surprised by your feedback, as we receive daily positive feedback on the catering, with tasty and typical courses of local and national tradition. Coffee in the dining room is not served at dinner, but if guests like coffee, they can safely sit at the bar. Regarding our spa, the paid service is already well specified at the time of booking and on our website, so we struggle to understand the reason for the grievance since the information is already well known. Moreover, the entrance is precisely private. Hoping that you can still give us the pleasure of welcoming you again at our Hotel Rezia or in another of our more than 30 facilities throughout Italy, cordial greetings.

We were recommended to go here. Accomodating late arrival was not a problem. The entire team is super friendly and warm. Food recommendations and its execution was flvless. Basic local food well done and beatifully presented. Special is the window to the stable.....we loved it and will come back

The hotel is greatly located among an olive grove. But I had the worst treatment ever by one of the hotel managers. I don’t have her name but god she was extremely rude. Don’t bother asking her for fruit in the morning you might get yelled at. My last night she demanded i immediately pay my bill with a rude and aggressive tone, I felt really unwelcome. The room also smells of sewer and one night the room was out of water for the bathroom. Stay away

Onthaal: eerst moest ik me aanmelden in een koffiebar in de buurt, waar men iemand belde om in het "hotel" aanwezig te zijn: let wel ... wachten tot na 15:00 uur ! Het onthaal was erg koel: foto nemen van onze pas, kredietkaart scannen (om verbloijfax te betalen, maar ook om boete te kunnen aanrekenen indien er iets gestolen zou worden ). Erg vriendelijk klonk dit niet. Service: onderhoud zeer pover (3 nachten, geen verse lakens; onderhoud beperkt zich tot opmaken van het bed ... ben je toevallig op de kamer, dan geen onderhoud). Ontbijt: op de site is een mooie ontbijtruimte te zien ... maar dat is nu niet meer in gebruik. Je kan naar de koffiebar (zie "onthaal" een koffie, sapje + koek gaan eten als ontbijt). Dit verblijf wordt aangeboden als "maison du charme", en dat is maar gedeeltelijk waar. De kamer was zeer goed, onderhoud minimaal, ontbijt pover. De ligging van het hotel is goed (midden in de restaurant & cafe buurt), alleen kan er s'nachts lawaai zijn van het "uitgangsleven".
