В целом отличная гостиница, номер не большой но чистый и со всеми удобствами. Отдельное спасибо за кофемашину и капсулы, которые пополнялись ежедневно

Had a good new year and 5 nights stay .they do not serve alcoholic beverages . But we had fun gala dinner . Location is perfect- walking distance to dal lake . Special thanks to freelance,mujeeb ,salad,Majid ,Abidjan and Tanveer - they made our stay very comfortable.very helpful and Cooperative . Suggestion - They can add more healthy veg breakfast options like - Poha,upma daily for those who do not eat paratha or bhaturas . Salad options are limited . Fruits choices are same for last 5 days . In morning desserts - Croissants and savories are crispy .love the pastries options .

It is wonderful to stay at ARCO Srinagar.Food was excellent and overall hospitality was heart touching.We got best service by Tariq Mir and Owais .every thing is great rooms food and location .It was an awesome journey in Kashmir we will visit again here.

Fantastic Aparthotel. The apartment we had was in the basement. It had 2 bedrooms, kitchen, living area, garden and hot tub. The outside hot tub was a nice touch, the pool is a bit on the small side: I’d recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Porto.

We stayed here in the lighthouse suite, we had 360 degree views, the best being the fountains at the back of the hotel where the children enjoyed watching the fountain show. The room was amazing, very clean, modern and had complimentary soft drinks provided. The check in was easy, and the staff were lovely. The lady even escorted us down to the entrance of the lighthouse suites. The Poole was great with a little indoor section as well as the outdoor Pool. Towels and robes were available complimentary. All in all an amazing stay :)

Wow wow wow. Having just finished a marriage ceremony in Tarascon…. What a welcome zen for us all. Francois Ben and Paco were truly the best hosts and could not have been more accommodating. Nothing was a chore. We desperately needed some chill time and this was done with the best in service at a beautiful property. We all have been welcomed and looked after with a family who deserve the best reviews. Breakfasts were great and often organised at different times to suit. Will definitely be going back.

We highly recommend. Beautiful location, beside a real medieval castle. The convent site is fabulous, great view towards the coast, perfect pool and spa, and lovely staff who are extraordinarily helpful. Great for reaching out to Urbino, Ancona, Recanati and other Marche wonders. As it is a multi-site resort, make sure before arriving where you are supposed to check in.

I booked this hotel after staying at the New Melati hotel and wanted somewhere better. I have been very pleased with my stay here. The hotel is clean and quite well maintained, with good WiFi, very effective AC and hot water in the rooms. I stayed in a Superior room - the size of the room is generous and the fridge has been very handy. The bed and bedding are very comfortable and the room is tidied and cleaned every day. There is a good breakfast buffet and the bubur ayam is absolutely delicious, as is the fried rice! The staff have all been very helpful and friendly too. The only downside I have thought of is that the AC resets to 18C every time I leave the room and this is far too cold - perhaps it can be made warmer as standard? If I return to Gorontalo, I would happily stay here again.
