Enjoyed our stay here Good location Pool area good Breakfast ok Room was cleaned every day Bottled water every day Things we didn’t like Pool guy saved beds for people every day some never used these till late in the day Thought they were on a first come basis Balcony was never cleaned in the 2 weeks we were there.

You also found our breakfast to be pleasing. Thank you for identifying these things. We also appreciate the few things you did not like, yes the towels are placed by the guests, not the pool boy, these guests often tell him to watch, while they have their breakfast, this is what we have been informed by the other guests who too observed the towels being placed. We will once again have a word with the pool boy and counsel him on this. With regards to the balcony being ignored, we apologise for this and will surely guide our boy to ensure cleaning must cover the whole of the room, not just the inside of the room.
