Great hotel. Staff absolutely wonderful. Especially in the Dining room. Food was great but would suggest putting more notices of ingredients of items. Always very clean and cleared up quickly. House keeping fantastic. If we laid in a bit they came back later. Always plenty of toilet roll. What I would love to see is a pasta station where you can have fresh cooked pasta with what ingredients in it you like as I find pasta does go hard under the heat lamps . Think it would add a certain flair to the dining experience
