Maison Armance is an intimate and very quiet Paris hotel that is ideally located in a attractive courtyard on the rue Cambon, just 1/2 block from the Tuilleries Gardens, and 1 block from the rue St. Honore. Regardless of this location, the rooms are very silent. We have stayed there many times and plan to return for several reasons--the rooms are spotless, with parquet floors and extremely comfortable mattresses, blankets, and high quality linens. There is a small sitting area, and windows out to a courtyard. The heated towel rack in the bathroom is great, both for heating the luxury towels, but also to use for drying any laundry we decide to rinse out at night to wear the next day. Breakfast is really wonderful with a wide array of buffet options, e.g. fresh orange juice, cereals (including a variety of seeds) and yoghurt, eggs prepared as you wish, bacon/sausage, croissants, etc. Certainly not least is the very wonderful and knowledgeable staff, which was most helpful for answering questions, suggesting/booking excursions, planning routes, organizing dinners and museum visits, etc. We have stayed at the Armance multiple times, and already have plans for our next visit.
