This hotel is in a nice location. Right beside Shinsaibashi, just a walking distance away. And opposite Donki Supermarket. Breakfast is great too. I like that they serve fresh fruit shake, which impressed me. However, before booking the room, I saw review of others saying that there is Dyson hair dryer in the room. However, to my disappointment, the room that we stay, don't have it. I thought I would have given my wife a pleasant surprise. The staff is attentive and in good customer service too. Keep it up!
