The staff cannot speak English, can speak Chinese only but the service is very good. The room has the heater but I think the heater in my room is not ok, I feel the hot air only around the blower area while the rest of the room is still cold. However in my friend's room, the heater is working very well. The hotel location is near many resturant, near supermarket and near Kangding river, we can go for a walk in a few minutes.
